What you can ask for, a tick-box list of the documents to have ready before you start, who is eligible, what the grant won’t pay for, and a few practical tips. One page. Print it and put it next to the keyboard.

An invoice template

For after you’re approved, when DPIRD sends your purchase order. Fill it in on screen. Nothing to design, nothing to work out.

An expenditure tracker

A spreadsheet that records what you spend as you go, adds it up for you, and keeps the receipts organised — so the acquittal at the end is a short job, not a bad afternoon.

The WA carers responding to this outbreak shouldn’t have to work the paperwork out alone.
