Made for licensed wildlife rehabilitators applying for the Small Grants. Written by a grant writer, and free.
The Small Grants are open now, assessed in the order they arrive, and close at noon AWST on Thursday 10 December 2026 — or earlier, if the funding runs out.
Enter your name and email and I’ll send them straight to you.
The email should arrive within a minute or two.
If you can’t see it, check your junk folder — and add linda@lindawhitegrantwriter.com.au to your contacts so the next one doesn’t go the same way.
What you get
Not general advice. These follow the actual DPIRD application form and guidelines, question by question.
Walks through the whole application: guidance on every question, what the grant can and cannot fund, where each upload sits, and a check before you submit. Fill it in on screen, or print it and write on it — useful when a committee is drafting together.
For after you’re approved, when DPIRD sends your purchase order. Fill it in on screen. Nothing to design, nothing to work out.
A spreadsheet that records what you spend as you go, adds it up for you, and keeps the receipts organised — so the acquittal at the end is a short job, not a bad afternoon.
The WA carers responding to this outbreak shouldn’t have to work the paperwork out alone.
